    The problem in email is like this " Where a potential name match is identified " !
    I am also having a personal paypal account and I used to transfer my funds from premier account to personal account : Is it illegal to paypal ?

    They ask for :

    1) Driving license
    2) Utility Bill (address verification)

    And can I use my bank transaction statement as utility bill ?
    Then when can I fax them in Indian time ?

    Help !

    No, they won't. Why would they? My premier account is limited, and I'm using my personal account since 4 days. Nothing has happened and I'm sure nothing would happen either.

    You can send them the fax anytime you want.

    Also, if there is no utility bill on your name...
    Your driving license should contain your father's name and you might have a utility bill on his name. You can write something in the comments to explain this. That should do the trick.

    No, I haven't tried that for myself but i guess they should be able to understand this. There isn't any rule that you need to keep a utility bill on your name. Btw, mobile phone bills also count as utility bills. Or even the Rashan Card.
