Now You have created a Good Looking Website! Now it’s online also. Thing is that lot of effort has been done in but results

are not appropriated. Visitors should increase in - you brace yourself up to reply to those unending queries. You shocked

after a week you never got any query, still waiting but this time no result also after a week. You check the web logs and

find that you haven't had any visitors! What went wrong?

So, you talk 2 people then you came to know about Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Realization creeps in. First thing people don’t know about your site, Mostly 80% Internet Website Surfers use help of Search

Engines, what they are looking for, search engine like Goggle, Yahoo, Msn, Alexa However, When you search keywords related to

your Website your site doesn’t appear in 20 pages. And to think most people don’t like to go beyond more then two or three

    pages

You agree?. You need to optimize your website for the search engines. Now, you consider the options available.

    · Keyword weighting, proximity, density and related factors.
    · Search term ranking analysis.
    · Link popularity building research, management and strategy.
    · Online forum and industry newsletter monitoring.
    · HTML validation.
    · Optimized web site content writing.

Great if ya want to baffle and lose beginners I suppose.. Or is this a blantant plug?? hmmmmm

Anyways... it's a cute story for a Sunday and tells very little outside of the list.... and for the list...

HTML Validation?? Huh? When did that ever enter into SEO? Let's stick to the task at hand...

Also I'd have to Axe 'keyword density' as it also is next to worthless in modern SEO. Think 'phrase based optimization' instead....

In the end it is the '1st Post' and comes off a bit like an ad from where I am sitting.... bleaaahhhh

I don't worry to much about such things since I use XsitePro and my SEO onsite is easy to manage. I focus a lot on one way relevant backlinks, and to attain this I do press releases.

So write your sites message for readers not SE's, don't fret on densities and such too much, use XsitePro and just optimize to their set up, pick effective keyword phrases and do Press Release with anchor tags. Honestly is can be quite easy to rank well doing simple things.

Dood - I dunno if you spend much time on forums.. but it is an often occurence where folks make 1-3 posts and leave.. adding nothing to the over-all community.

So you comming along like that is very much the same as spam type stuff we see all the time.

    That was the point.

Feel free to look at all my past posts to see my involvement and ongoing assistance to DP posters.....

As for my other comments on actual SEO topics... they stand, as for helpfull stuff on my site see the SEO Knowledgebase

Cheerio and welcome aboard!! Hope to see ya posting more....
