I would assume it is by the tax paying entity. Unless you are using a corporation this would be your social security number. (By the way mine has 3 6's right in the middle of it....mark of the beast)

Is your site on an disapproved topic?
Did you mention your click through data or income publicly?
Did you display adsense on registration or error pages?
Did you display other contextually-targeted ads similar to googles on the same page?
Did you click on your own ads?
Did you encourage others to click on your own ads?
    Did you display copywrighted material?
Did you require or prompt an end user to download a dialer in order to view content of the site?
Did you place any image or text that could be confused with the ads?
Did you place adsense on a popup or popunder?

There are many other possible causes for ban.

Did you read the TOS? I obviously just did again...

I hadn't read it in a while but running across these threads all the time covers the high points.

I have switched to YPN 100% long back, and thats what surprised me to get banned in adsense. I am not even showing their ads on my sites (leave out digital point revenue sharing).

as per as comparision goes, YPN pays some 300-400% more than google, but again it might change over the time (its in beta)

I've noticed the same thing. Though, I keep Google because their ads are extremely well-targeted for content with limited appeal.

Maybe Google felt you neglected them and lashed out by dumping you first.

Could it be that minimum performance according to Google is not being met?

It could be but it is not...

Anyways... so to the original poster.. you never clicked on your own ads? Never managed your adsense account from work? from school? a friends house? a internet cafe?

Did you tell any of your friends or family about your site just to have them check it out and see what you are doing?

never heard of this thing...what is it?

By the way (since now I can reveal), my dp CPM earnings were more than my clicks earning......(I am trying to think of other word for earnings)

You never heard of it because it does not exist. Outside of google ammending the TOS recently to allow them the possibility to remove people for low impressions, there is nothing to it. People are not being booted from Adsense for low-traffic.
