What if you bought a banned domain and started using Google Adsense on it? Would your account be disabled for putting Adsense on a banned domain?

It could cause trouble, you should ask the Adsense support team if they would accept the site again. Some of them get blacklisted and will only cause you headaches.

You'll not approved if you apply with a banned domain.
If you are an existing AS publisher & buy a banned domain, you can put your code there after the ownership change is visible in whois.
Still better option is to shoot a mail to G!

You cannot just slap your code, some domains get blacklisted and you are not allowed to put the code on it ever again.

sorry just a question. if the site is blacklisted, it means that if you put ads on that site a 403 error will come up right? but if it's not blacklisted ads can still show up?

I want to share my experience when i ask google team on putting my adsense at my brother website. His account has recently been disabled.

Thank you for following up for clarification. While I can't comment on
your brother's site specifically, I can say that you're welcome to place
Google ads or an AdSense for search box on any website that complies with
    our program policies ( http://www.google.com/adsense/policies ).

There's no need for us to review the site beforehand - simply copy and
paste the ad code or search code onto your website, and we'll
automatically detect and serve ads to the new site. For specific
instructions on implementing the Google code, please visit
    https://www.google.com/adsense/quickstart.

Please note that we monitor all sites displaying Google ads or an AdSense
for search box to ensure compliance with our program policies. Any site
that is in violation of our policies will be contacted and asked to remove
    the Google code.

FYI, also, I have place my adsense at my bro website for a week..it seems ok...the ads appear as normal..

If you have any question just email google team they will response to you ASAP......The support by goggle is 5star :)

    see this:
sounds as if they are being vague.

also, i thought you will get banned if they found your account associated with a banned person for invalid clicks? and you have not explained why on this thread you said you were banned.
