If you take a look at the sites, you see how they are monetized. Most of them are directories, so monetization is done by selling links. The high traffic rank is due to the links on the site and the traffic, I guess.

Then there are social networking sites (that are probably not monetized). The high PR is due to - traffic of course.

So, the question of traffic is quite irrelevant. If you have sites with high PRs it is almost certain that you also have high volumes of traffic. Also, it is not relevant, how much revenue the site has produced, again with the same argument from above. It's really up to you, what you're gonna do with sites like this in the future!

So, be happy to buy high PR sites with good names and history for this cheap. If were the seller, I'd sell especially the directory sites at a much higher price, it is an absolute bargain!

Been there, mate, thanks anyway! Maybe I should eyplain better! What I am saying is, that at the end of each SEO measure on your site, there WILL be traffic. With other words, the better you do what you've just cited obove, the higher is the likelihood of high traffic volumes in that particular market. Why? Simply because having a site of high value due to Google algorithms - and therefore being rewarded with a high PR - consisting of the factors you mention, you are doing nothing else than OPTIMIZING for organic traffic. The volume of traffic you will be getting that way is ALWAYS high in relative terms with regards to your niche (called "targeted") but obvously doesn't need to be high in absolute terms (or what you consider "high").

Nevertheless, I'd be rather be worried about a site with low PR and somebody saying he gets high traffic to it. This he needs to prove to me.

These domains are as is, I don't have time to run in circles trying to peg down traffic. They all get traffic and the reason I am selling them is I don't have the time to work them. I have not monitized them for revenue so that is not tracked either...

These sites ate unique, rssprotocol is one of the top authority sites for rss, then look at the other sites. They are great. You can see it is true since we are developing 5 .edu sites. I do not have time for these.

Deal is I am not going to spend days chatting about these sites so you guys can not buy them. They are well worth it and I will gladly keep them if they are not bought.
