Does anyone know some really good affiliate programs? Can you fill me in on some of the good ones? I want an affiliate program that pays out a percentage of deposits made to them. If the customer I then refer then goes on to redeposit they will pay a percentage of that deposit. Do they exist, does anyone know of something like this? I wouldn't mind if they reverse a charge from a bad or fraudulent charge, I mean that's life, I don't expect to get paid for that.

A very good list of affiliate programs can be found in the categories at http://www.affiliateseeking.com You can easily compare programs against each other, see how much they pay, when they pay, how they pay, etc. The affiliate networks seem to work wonders these days.
