Earning Plummet Today

Today, adsense ctr and ecpm both plummet more than half than usual in normal days. Traffic remains roughly the same.

Anybody else facing the same?

 

I had an exceptionally good day yesterday and today has been very sparse, almost as if reporting is delayed by 10-12 hours.

 

Everything is normal over here

 

I'm glad I'm not the only one... I made almost 1/20th of what I usually make...

 

Yesterday my earnings were nice.

Today is another story. eCPM started the day bad, and has been dropping like a stone ever since.

Same CTR and impressions.

 

My earnings have been decreasing steadily from sep 1 to sep 15. September is my worst month this year. Today i see a light rise in earnings, sure hope it reaches the sky soon

 

Today my sites have recovered very nicely from a three day slump.

Today looks like it will be a record Friday.

My has plummet aswell..made only half of what i did yesterday I'm only getting 0.01 to 0.02 cents per click I need to have adword and adsence to average the same everyday but it looks like adsence is losing the battle!
Anybody else using both and how is it averaging out?

Has been completely up & down over past week for me, its a bit weird really.

 

To those of you who are seeing fluctuations, what range of ad impressions are you in? If you're getting tens of views, you will fluctuate wildly, with hundreds there will be some smoothness, thousands will get you smooth, and tens of thousands will probably be boring. Also is your traffic from high quality sources like Google (search or Adwords) or are you buying bulk traffic or do you have a lot of return visitors like forum visitors?

 

Are you sure that reporting is delayed? My page view count is updated pretty quickly, thus making the ctr and ecpm to plummet! There is simply no click!

 

Mine has few thousands page views a day.... all traffic from search engines... so?

 

Average Per Day 940 page views today so far, adword traffic mostly.
Adwords is sucking my pockets dry so that is all i can afford.

 

This morning I got extremely high $$ per clicks..

very happy

 

I had a very Good Day yesturday, almost $2.08/click

 

That's happened to me from time-to-time, especially on channels with lower page impressions per day or channels with page impressions that are increasing rapidly.

Another possibility, which I've made countless times, is bad changes to my layout.

 

I'm at about 23k impressions per day and I still see wild fluctuations.

My traffic is almost all Google and return visitors.

 

I have about a third of yesterday's earnings today. My CTR is down a bit, but it is the value of those clicks that is startlingly low.

 

Today..my overall cpm did drop from $16 to $9..not earning as much today.
