    either buy links or exchange them, thats best possible option, or create something that everyone would want to download from your site , that might give you lot of natural free links

    i suggest to write some article related to your site and submit them to free Article site and Add your link to free link directory with you Niche keywords in the title. i think its an easy way to collect free backlinks...

    There are a variety of ways to get quality links to increase your pagerank. Directory submissions is one. Another way is to create squidoo pages with links back to your site. Posting in high pr forums is another good way to build free quality links. Some swear on craigslist since it is pr8. Haven't tried that one yet though.
