    Advertising (learn more)

Advertise virtually anything here, with CPM banner ads, CPM email ads and CPC contextual links. You can target relevant areas of the site and show ads based on geographical location of the user if you wish.

Starts at just $1 per CPM or $0.10 per CPC.

OK, a little experiment.

OK guys, in a few weeks (3) i have an 8 week holiday, yes i am only 17 and still at school, but earn enough to not have to work a "normal" holiday job. So i want a challenge, something different to normal content writing, link building stuff.

I want to create a $100 challenge. The challenge is to turn $100 in to as much as possible in a week. Without using any current sites.

    So you can.

    a) Build sites, you have to pay for domain + hosting (unless you own hosting.)
    b) Content write.
    c) Buy and sell domains.
    d) Offer a service.

Or anything you can think of as long as you note it here.

If you would like to take part you should be able to keep good records of your finances.

Please reply if your up for it, let the challenge begin ;)

PS. Please predict what you think you can make.

    $800-$1300

Hm...I may take this up before I start my "formal" summer job.. Making websites wouldnt result in a lot of income though since they usually take a lot longer until they're profitable unless you do an adwords campaign

So you're planning on making $800?

Hopefully, through buying and selling sites. Or making sites, using free templates and .info domains and then re-selling with content added.

Jeez, if you really want to make at least $100 in one week get a summer job that's in the real world.

    8 hours a day @ $5 hr = $40

In three days you have made over $100.

You have a much better chance to make $100 the old fashioned way!

One week is quite challenging. 8 weeks is a better period to target, you can do something substantial in 8 weeks.

    Have fun doing it.:D

Just impossibly short period, IMHO. If for the challenge, go for an eight-week one. Your overall idea is great, though and with some very careful planning and execution, it is an achievable and realistic one.

    Good luck,
