I've never tried affiliates before. After a bit of reading, i found that CJ is supposed to have the most options, so can match what you are doing better.

    Simple question really,

Are the rules for the ads about the same as the rules for adsense?

Not near images, no blending, in popups etc.

What is the best way to sign up? Do i submit them my best website, then can i use the ad code on any of my websites, or only the website they've seen?

I have lots of smaller sites that are perfect for affiliates.

Is it like adsense, once your a member, you can use the code anywhere.

    Thanks for any help.

    Cheers.

Cj is a pay per action network, so rules donot apply strictly like adsense.

However, using techniques like spam sites/spam email campaigns etc may get you into trouble. So keep away from them.

Signup and login. There you can search the links related to your sites' themes and promote them.

    Individual programs have separate links.

its not like adsense. its a company that has many vendors on there who u can promote. including ebay and so on

u need to apply for cj acc and then add ur sites

to promote programs u want. u need to apply for each one and be accepted. if u dont get accepted then u cannot promte them

basically u cannot promtoe anything on there till u have been approved by the programs u want to join and advertise.. they have some well known comapanies in there and well worth joining

Wrong. You can add sites to your CJ profile at any time, without being put back into the review process.

    I think the question was:

Can someone up, get approved, and than run ads wherever they like similar to adsence and the answer is no.

You must add new sites to the account before putting ads on them...

Properly worked CJ is a gold mind. But you need a lot of traffic or the ability to put together sites that attract a lot of traffic. I make a very nice and consistent income promoting 3 CJ product lines.

Once you open an account with cj it is pretty easy to add more sites down the road. Also, if you apply to a specific advertiser and get denied it never hurts to email that advertiser and ask them to reconsider. I have done this a few times and they did end up approving me.

Yes you can us CJ and Adsense at the same time

"Can someone up, get approved, and than run ads wherever they like similar to adsence and the answer is no.

You must add new sites to the account before putting ads on them..."

While that may be what they would like you to do, I run ads and make sales everywhere and no one seems to mind. This will prompt me to read the TOS closer, tho!
