    Suggestion: It helps if you post the multiple. I've got sites I'd sell but if all you're looking to pay is 12x then I wouldn't bother with the PM. If the multiple you're willing to pay is based on something like history/PR etc then it may be worth disclosing that too ;)

    That depends on the niche also the quality. I am not mainly focused on income so simple content pages that make $$$ per month arent worth for me to pay 15x+. Actually I am not really looking for those article content pages at all.
