Most of them? Seriously, if you're in doubt, just email some of the authors. For instance, books from adison wesley or prentice are certainly not 'free'.. they make money out of them, even the electronic versions (just check amazon, etc to see how they also sell ebooks). If I were you, I'd get pretty sure of the legality of this, specially taking into account that you're making a profit out of it. Just a sincere advise
OK, if so .. I'll gladly remove the ads. Since it's against the TOS & can lead to trouble. Thank you for the sincere advise
I absolutely can't see what this "whinning" is all about. Consider yourself lucky. $0.4/CLICK as a maximum as you say is very good money. Most folks in this forum, i'm sure, makes thrice less than this figure!
So what? That doesn't exempt you of any responsibility. You talk about removing the ads, but you'd still provide illegal material! You should remove the links, not the ads Up to you anyway.
Want my sites? I get 125 clicks and average a measly $0.03 per click!!! I got attacked by Smart pricing when my server went down for a day or two! I would love to get this every day....
even .2 a click is decent. For one+ dollar clicks, there will be a million sites to compete with. Keep to your 40 cents and build more of similar sites
Try the adsblacklist dot com for blocking the low earning ads! It's include MFA sites which have a low bid at adwords...
Incredible base, now what about affiliates? If I earned that much from AdSense ALONE I would feel like I'd arrived!
I didn't look at any of the books, but when you write something (take a picture, illustration, etc), it automatically has a copyright. You do not need to file for a formal copyright and it doesn't need to state it copyrighted. You need permission to reprint anything you didn't write yourself or buy/obtain the rights for. (If the other or owner states it is allowed to be reprinted, then of course that is permission.)
This is actually great advice, try and make sure that every page is showing different ads, so that if one ad doesn't get them, another ad will.
