    Just wondering, Im looking for an EXPERIENCED Php/Mysql programmer/developer with a good feedback rating to start a medium sized project for me. I have checked out the odesk, and guru.com but neither seem to accept paypal payments. I would need to use paypal, Does anyone know of any outsourcing sites that accept payment via paypal?

    Getafreelancer is probably the biggest I have ever seen, and offers quick and professional services by members.
