    I m on IXwebhosting that offer great features but its extremely unreliable and slow.

    Please suggest a host that charge monthly with no setup fee because I dont want to pay yearly full year.

    IXwebhosting suck, beware of any hosting reviews (even cnet) they are all sold out and paid commision
