I average 100 - 120 clicks/day and only earning 5-7 $. I am starting a new website and I hope the EPC will be bigger.
It will be a software download website. When it's ready it will be moved to a new domain but please have a look and tell me what you think :http://soft.stylexp.ro Thanks
Doesn't really sound to me like a software download site will have many high-paying clicks... The site design does look good though, so you might have something going. Definitely stick with it!
My site(s) are mainly about software, downloads etc, and the other site is about medical keywords, common dieases etc folks get, and the sites now total, gets between 80-100 clicks per day average (Exact number not disclosed for fear of TOS violation, by Major Domo.) And my earnings for the top amount of clicks averages $10, even with a lot of medical keywords, so I don't know if any keywords etc are highpaying anymore. Espicaly if 'smart pricing' or other adsense algorithyms hit your site(s).
My experience, if you chase for high cpr don't make a website related to programming, webmaster, script etc. The visitors are survers that most likely use internet everyday, they know differences between Ads & real link!
i'm content with my stats... CTR is poor but whatever... 100,000+ impressions | 100+ clicks | ~$20 day... my average is $0.21/click there about...
It all depends upon the content of the site. For example, if you create a site about whales and no one advertises anything about whales or there is not much competition, then the bids will be low, therefore the payout will be low. A while back people were bidding high on a medical term starting with "m" because advertisers were paying big bucks per click, therefore making each click worth more. A site about cars will probably make more than a site about trees.
The difference between the maximum and minimum bids for most keywords are quite large. A financial term I just searched pays $5.50 maximum and 0.05 minimum. Due to many factors, very few publishers get something close to the max.bid. So making a site with high paying keywords doesn't mean earning a lot of course.
My opinion is a large factor is a very good amount of unique visitors daily. With more uniques odds are their will be more clicks as well. I don't make $50 a day just yet but I am getting closer and I will do it very soon.... with low paying keywords at that. Quality content for return visitors doesn't hurt either There are, of coarse, other factors(targeting, ad placment, colors, blending ect) I just think a good stream of unique visitors daily is a Big one.
I dont know whether its coincident or not but once I got twice unique visitors than average per day, clicks therefore about 220+/day, my earning just about $30-, another day I got less unique visitors than average per day, clicks about 130+, my earning jumped to $40+. Whoah .. this 'smart pricing' make me dizzy!!
so you are telling us you are building sites with good content with adsense in mind about a subject you love . toocool you have a winner there
Nobody noticed this guy is offering "free" (actually pirated) ebooks? This is not only against the TOS, but it's ilegal (against copyright) Won't be surprised if your account gets banned soon..
No Copyrighted ebooks here, most ebooks are Open Source the rest are not copyrighted. You may tell me where the copyrighted ebook(s) I'll strip it from the server.
