Possible Fraud or Confirmed Fraud?

getjimmy there was a problem that occured .

few days ago we received a payment by paypal from spider_man1103

after that a problem occured in his paypal and the money that he sent were under investigation ...(no idea why)

spider_man1103 asked me to send the money to e-gold since he was having a problem in paypal and since i dont have any e-gold he's trying to exchange the money ...

i dont think he's a scammer since he's trying to fix his error and send back the money .

The money will be sent to me and he will send e-gold to the person who send me the money ...

That's the whole story

 

This e-gold is not his,he has scammed indoushosting and took his e-gold and now want to pay u by exchanging this e-gold with paypal.

i dont know what he did in the past ...

and for the bad of my luck i'm super busy right now to deal with this .

We had a vcc deal for yahoo wallet.. he paid me via egold... so i m sure that wont be a problem for me..

His MSN was some whazaaaaap something..

It is better to have holding times in exchanges to prevent frauds and chargebacks and better to have more details of them to PIN them down.

By negative , i guess he means NEGATIVE BALANCE IN PAYPAL , which probably means he has been chargedback and his balance is in negative.. I dont think its nice for anyone to ignore !

He should give some proper explanations..

I lose more than 300 usd

 

going for such exchanges are already fraud in nature! but then we just can't help it because paypal, money bookers, egold etc dose not have mutual understanding!

anyways, if you go for these exchanges you should be ready for the result, perhaps that is the reason why i called of a deal as such before going further!

people on dp dose not get banned for scamming, so i think this is a normal ban and he will be back,

Well sometime ago I alert people agianst such Exchange scams and now he scammed two people here and don't know more other people.

i got stung like this through another forum a month or so ago. apparantly the paypal investigation can take upto 30 days, and most of the time, the funds get released back to the buyer.

 

he refunded me on e-gold ...

now i need someone to exchange e-gold to paypal
