Does your site earn $800+ per month? If so, I'd like to buy it.

What multiple is a site worth? Numerous discussions on DP quote anything from 6 months to 600 months. Realistic figures from sites I've actually seen selling here are more like 10-15 months worth of earnings.

I'll pay 24x net earnings for sites that meet my requirements. I don't want turnkey, proxies, lyrics, ringtone, myspace related, file hosting, P2P file sharing, funny videos, arcades, games, celeb, recipes, hosting, photoshop related or forums.

I do like sites related to health, technology, cars, kids, software, computers, business, women, and many others.

Your site will have a lot of unique content, at least one year's proof of earnings, and not require a lot of time to manage / update / promote. It earns a minimum of $1,000 pm. It won't be very reliant on SEs (max 20% of traffic from Google).

Budget is $50K. No, really. I've spent over $80K buying sites here - and that's just in the last few months (talk to me by PM if you want proof). Payment will be by escrow.com i.e., you don't let go of your site till I've paid in full. Escrow.com even know me personally from the volume of large transactions I've done with them and before you agree any firm deal you can check me out by phoning them. This is a pucca, serious offer from a serious buyer.

Sorry, if your sites are "hardly 6 months old" they don't qualify for the 24x offer as you won't have one year's proof of earnings.

 

No probelm mate. I aint forcing you. But cummon man! Its like so famous in its early phase. You can imagine the earnings it would make 1 year down the line. It would be a major improvement. I dont need to prove you anything else
