I checked with Smub first that the op hadn't paid to remove the sponsor links before I post here. I know Smub works hard providing free templates and finding sponsors for them, how will you get submissions to your directory if you can't be trusted to acknowledge the people who work and pay to provide the free templates for them
Come on man, just because you made a small modification to the template it does not give you the right to remove them, your http://www.xdefine.com/ is a work of smub and I am using the same template as you here at www.fourseek.com Just remember that the internet may contain trillions of pages, but it is only a click away to find you, so don't be sneaky because you will be found either way. We suggest that you place those two footer links back or discontinue on using that template. There are many great designers here and people who sponsors them, so that sorry-ass like you and I could enjoy them, please do consider of placing it back, your conscious will thank you for it.
If you plan to look like a person who people can trust and pay money for links as good trusted investment, you should respect other people's work and time-like providing credit to designer of template you got for free or pay for link removal. Otherwise, don't hope to get some money doing business that way.

He contacted, and I contacted the person from scriptlance, waiting for response, don't think i am dishonest or anything, I immedially took the sites down, to show my respect, and please do not bombarded someone for someone else's mistake. Thank you
