Erm, YouTube not normally a problem. If Google don't like a particular video they will deal with it at the source - not normally for you to worry about.

using youtube on your site is NOT against the tos but while you are adding adsense code to video site. you must be careful about the adsense placement. if you use adsense so near the video , this may be against the tos

 

they did it months ago, but not now.

it is a violation of the adsense tos to put ad blocks on the same page as copyrighted content that you do not have permission to use.

it is a violation of the youtube tos to use their content for commercial purposes... this has already been covered in other threads out here.

and yes, i know that a lot of people are youtube scrapers, and i've never heard of google banning an adsense account because of it.

google ads are still on the pages " Most Viewed (Today)"

and a bunch of others, whats to say a copyrighted video is been listed on one of these and the google ad is shown on this page.

I have seen google ad units on embeded content pages aswell in less known categories of youtube, yet thye seem to be cutting a lot of adsense out of youtube.

 

last time i looked, that is not embedded video that is playing on the same page as the adsense ads.

you are right youtube uses adsense but google has purchased youtube and now they don't to be worried to be banned!

Dude thats foolish even google cannot break their tos because it would put a negative image on the company. Also it will give other webmasters the impression that it is ok to put illegal content as long as it is in youtube along with their ads
