How to check my PR?

I'm sure this question has been answered many times so sorry for my laziness but can someone tell me how to find out what my PR is. And I heard linking to web sites with a lower PR than you will hurt yours. Is this true?

you can also get the SEO plugin for firefox, if you use firefox. It also checks alexa, yahoo, and msn results as well.

Ok the pagerank is 3/10 on the home page but all of the other pages are unranked. I just switched the domain name of my site from .net to .com so maybe that is why.

google toolbar doesnt always work. Sometimes it displays nothing. Sometimes it displays different than the those pr showing sites.

 

Well, google toolbar is best.

 

iwebtools always not works for me though. dont know why.

You can check PR from lot of sites including Google toolbar.

But if you want to hit two apples with on shot then digpagerank can be your choice. Because it shows you not only PR value but also validity of Pagerank at the same time with color difference only

I too enjoy taking a peek occasionally at iwebtool's predictor. However, keep in mind their own posted warning, that it "...should not be considered precise." They are quite right about that! Use it for entertainment purposes only.
