nice, short and pronounceable...what do you guys think?

beside it is pronouncable, it is a toruist spot in India

very nice. I would not sell it for under $1.500. Better keep it for few years, value can only go up.

 

It is a REALLY brandable name, definitely in the values of mix $XXX like ahkip stated.

So your friend paid $3k for this domain? That's a huge sum for one domain... however, I can see the price raising in the future!

 

It's 4 letters and pronouncable. Do I have an interest in it... Slight. But someone might have a huge one. What if you run a big hotel in juhu... I'd say it'sl ike a stock where you bought it at a bit of a peak but if you hold it you'll realize the peak was temporary and in the long run a good deal.

 

Considering that it's a 4 letter pronouncable name plus a place as well, I think in the $x,xxx mark for this one

Yup it’s a famous beach in Mumbai, but US$ 3000 which is like Rs. 126000 (a years pay for many) might be too much to ask from an Indian establishment.

Nice domain name. I would say $xxx+ atleast for it. It is a good pronounceable 4 letter .com domain name.

The domain is definately good, but 3k fow only a domain name was way too much imo!
