No leave color behind for now first you need to fill gaps in borders around parts of site and make those chitka ads on white background and centered.

I'd get a better color scheme to start. The lime green is almost painful to look at. Probably best to start with doing everything in CSS to make it easy to manage if you haven't done that already.

The green I can live with. However, to be honest, your graphic design is in a right mess. Some section headings are centred, some are left aligned. Every heading bar one has a background color. There are too many different font sizes in one page. There is no focus on the page, i.e. there is nothing to grab my attention.

Honestly, the colors don't really match. I'd say get a new design.

    1) You have gone over-board by displaying so many Google Adsense adverts, to generate income for yourself. If you read the Google Adsense guidelines, I think you will gather that you are treading a fine line of going against them.

    2) Cut down on the number of popup windows that you have as most browsers have popup blockers and they will not appear anyway. Besides, they are a pain in the back side.

    3) Why is it that when I go to a section on your website i.e. PICTURE GALLERY/ACRESSES GALLERY the whole theme, colours of the website changes? You should make all pages in your website carry a consistent theme rather than making people wonder that they have ended up on a different website.

    4) Under your SERVICES link you have an ADVERTISE option. Do you really think people will advertise on a website which is crammed with Google Adsense adverts? I think not 
