    Of course , it can have pr 5 or more. page rank is only related with the backlinks. it's not related with your page count

    the number of pages really does not matter i guess.. a single page site with lot of good backlinks can get a PR5 or more..

    Viral sites often get this with only one page.

    pagerank is just a reflection of how many sites link to you.
    it does not matter whether you have one page site or thousand page site.
    the more links you get for your site, the higher your pagerank will be.
    If in addition to high pagerank you have many pages in your sites (and if you add more pages on regular basis),then you can rest assured that you sites will be indexed more frequently and you site will rank in serps for much more keywords.

    Yes of course, PR is based only on links. It could be a blank page and have pagerank.

    people think that only big website with million of website can get high pr and the reality is pr only deals with linkback, the more you have link of other sites the more your pr will be.
