WSNlinks does check for reciprocation...from their features list:

Link Machine also checks for reciprocation. Reciprocal Manager does as well, but as I mentioned before I had a lot of problems with incorrect results in RM (it constantly reported certain links as being dead and there was no option to manually approve or skip them).

I am using Linkmachine on a bunch of sites, I upgraded to the premium with the SEO module, SEO module is not my favorite though, but the linking system is good.

I use two tools: LinkAssistant (www.link-assistant.com) and Arelis (www.arelis.con). They both allow to do what you need. They have much in common, but there are still some advantages and disadvantagies...

You may take a look at the post on this forum comparing these tools:

I use Arelis to find link partners and the export the results to a .CSV file. Format this using textpad to import into LinkMachine that I then use to send emails, manage the directory and check recips.

I tried Recipricol Manager for a while but hated it, the programme is buggy and support close to non-existant.

I would NOT recommend Reciprocal Manager either. I was never able to get it to do backlink checks correctly. It would tell me that links which were fine were broken. I was constantly having to double check everything.

I used ARELIS for quite some time and found that though it works, it does not work fine enough. Though it has the ability to crawl for related phrases 70% of the results are from sites which would never link to you. So after sending many requests, you finally get tired and dump it, that what I did.

Though I managed to get some links, it was far below my expectations.

seo elite seems to me to be the best one out there, if you look at the videos that come with it, it's amazing what it can do. I bought it and it has opened my eyes. Also, I like the new link metro. checkout the video.

I've been trying linkmachine, based on input from this forum. It seems to do a lot of stuff very well, but I can't get it to send my emails, other than one at a time.

    Anyone have any tips?

I don't trust any link building software. The tried, tested and true way to build links it to do it yourself.

Hm... In my opinion it looks pretty ridiculous exchange links manually.

I`ve burned my Excel sheet after the first try of the ARELIS software. It was one of the most powerfull software for RLE. I don`t know how much does`t cost your hour but for me it`s too expensive do all dirty job by hand.

Now I`ve renewed my SEO tools set. I`ve found LinkAssistant which seems to be a complete enviroment for link exchange and provides much more features than all known RLE software rolled into one:

    - AutoComplete forms for the LinkMachine, LinksManager and Link-Swapper.
    - Links pages customization with HTML syntax highlighting (like DreamWeaver).
    - Embedded email client (like MS Outlook).
    - Google/Yahoo! API support.
    - bla bla bla :)

And it has the most poverfull "Excel sheet" for the links partners managment I`ve ever seen :D
