    Hi!

    I would like to ask you if there is a huge difference between .com and .net OR .org domains for SEO and marketing in general. I want to start a new web site and I am considering some domain names. It is definetely easier to find somethig suitable with .net and .org or .info rather than .com
    So my question is whether it is better to have nice, short .net domain or bit longer (or with '-' signs) .com domain.

    This has been brought up on these forums many times before and I think it was determined they all had the same value - do some research on here - you will find your answer.

    and now i see that there should be no difference for SE.
    however the problem is that people are used to .com I would like not to loose my potential visitors/customers just because of the .net domain....
    but i guess i need to make decision on my own. :)
