    did you empty the directory before ? Sub cats have pr4 but there is only one link at the directory.

    If you answer this question, i will take one

    PS : Also is featured links perm?Can we submit the link under top cat with featured link?

    I did not empty the directory. It was always a paid directory, but only recently the PR got updated, so people hadn't purchased links because of the low PR (until now)


    The featured links are permanent so are the regular links.


    You have to submit your site to the most appropriate category.
