Is there a way to check if a domain is banned from Google?

Any tool but www.selfseo.com/google_ban_tool.php

I've tried that one and it gives me the same useless result so I'm looking for any and all others.

It says "and", not "or" so I'm not sure. Is this your script/site?

 

No one can be sure. You have to get more info about the site you want to check.
