I have a bunch of websites that use a similar CSS/SHTML design. For awhile, I had 160x600's down the left column. That worked OK. Then, I added a 468x60 between each <h1> title and the body text. That worked a bit better. Recently, I changed the 486x60 to a 336x280 and it worked much better. Unfortunately, it is also extremely unattractive. What I am looking for is a person who can: 1. Download my CSS file and some sample SHTML and include files. 2. Design a "pretty" layout that also provides high CTR. 3. Test their design for basic functionality. 4. Send me the new CSS file. I am, of course, willing to make reasonable changes to the SHTML files to accomodate the new CSS. This usually involves changing the order in which DIV's are called. Nesting can create all sorts of opportunities for error. I will then pay the consultant and implement the new CSS design on one or more of my web sites and test the CTR for a few days.
