    I just wanted to once again say that serenity is great. I had her put together a batch of articles for me and she was

    1) very quick to respond
    2) she asked clarification questions early on
    3) very quick to get the work done
    and
    4) she followed up with me to make sure I was happy.

    The content requested was
    1) well written
    2) exactly what I asked for
    3) did not require editing or proofreading
    4) delivered in a timely manner, with a virtual smile to go with it.

    It's a pleasure to work with her.
