Need some help for my site

Hello guys, i've started a new site, TuTBoX, But... I have some "problems" with seo, well, im not really good at seo and i dont know much to do... All i've done for the moment is submitting my site to google(currently only shows 2 pages if you search for tutbox but i want google to show more), i've added a XML sitemap for google and verified my site in google.
However, i've added the META tags in my header but seems that they dont work well, Can anyone help me improving my PR, popularity and all that?

Insert your targeted keywords in your content. Use also your targeted keywords as anchor text.

How long since you have added the sitemap to Google account? I would think that it just needs a little more time for the other pages to be indexed.

Ok, the urls are like this:
    www.tutbox.com/postname/
    Example: www.tutbox.com/make-money-online/
And... i've added the sitemap like 3 days ago... it says they already checked it
BTW... My wordpress is using mod_rewrite for the posts.
Im planning to get someone for the SEO of my site...(paid) But i need opinions

Use H1 and H2 tags...make sure you put your keywords in them, and that will help when it comes to SEO.

It usually takes google a while to fully index a new site....getting backlinks from strong sites usually solves that problem
