is it worth it paying for forum posts?

i dont really know the actual mathematical mechanics of forum traffic, but do the paid forum posts actually generate revenue?

They simply create an illusion that people exist on the forum.

If the paid posters do not revisit the site or become active members in the future, it is almost as good as not having them in the first place. It is merely an illusion.

I would think it is best to actually invest in the money in attracting real members.

No, you are paying them to make posts on your forum, not click on ads.

How can they turn in revenue ??? think logical

They make the forum look activily so visitators may register new members (that become active) result in revenue that's how you should see things

Sincerly i didn't test this way but i will on one of my sites that has a forum that is empty

I was just thinking about it a little and well, forums tends to have unique contents and search engines such as google loves unique contents, it may help in your visibility on the search engine and inevitably may drive people to your site who would stay and hopefully there are higher chances of them clicking on your ads. More people brings the prospect of a higher probability of clicks thus the prospect of more revenue.

I supposed the main issue is getting people to stay in the forum. You worry about making money at a later stage.

I'd much sooner hire tutorial/review writers. Even if they post only 1 or 2 articles, it will generate traffic and interest far more than any bot-like pay-per-post system.

It will get you content. Let the posters comment each other posts instead of making new posts. Then you will have more unique content on each page.

I thought you ment, is it worth to pay people to post on forums so you can get backlinks and traffic to your site.

I would like to know the answer to that. I assume it is worth while as 10 people talking about you on forums is better than 1 person.

there are many DP members selling spots on teh signatures.. Is it worth buying a spot? I suppose it depends on the quality of the sig owners posts
