    Baidu.com traffic is huge,maybe more huge than google. alexa rank is not correct.
    for my site: Yiquan kung fu alexa rank is about 6xx,xxx. unique visit about 20-30 /day.taiji21.com alexa rank is about 13xx,xxx.but unique visit 400/day
    do you see different? becasue chinese that use alexa toolbar is less than english-speak contry.

    if you wanna sale something into china. I can do baidu seo for you.
    you will get more visit from se than google. bez population of china is 130 million.

    So, how do you optimize for Baidu, if you're looking for the way to do it? I have never tried, but I have heard it's pretty much bullet proof for dot-coms or sites hosted outside of China.

    I never submitted one of my sites to Baidu but it sent about 44 bots that were crawling my forum for hours and shortly after my site was included :)

    You should know one thing, baidu only indexed Chinese site, and people using baidu only search Chinese sits.

    It is useless for all your English sites.

    If you want to do business with baidu, you should make a Chinese site first ;)

    Baidu has a long ways to go, last time I checked their spiders are susceptiple to common hijack methods and mod_rewrite schemes.
