    Major Changes since 1.1.6
    -The title tag will now varieate depending on which category that is browsed
    -Https detection when installing
    -Improved english translation
    -Non case sensitive check of reciprocal link URLs
    -Added a swedish language pack
    -Added a missing error define in install which caused a php error instead of a normal field error
    -Some unused template assigns have been removed
    -Some unused language defines have been removed
    -url detection in install is now working on IIS platforms
    -Fixed some minor bugs

    No upgrades is available due to too many changes.
