To get more clicks, besides your ads blending and positioning, you must know your target audience.If your target audience are already common with adsense,they will not click the ads.Target those who do not know or not very familiar with adsense or what is that mean to them.(This take a lot of hardwork,quite slowly to reach but possible) So,can you understand what is it? the target audience for this mostly you can get forum social sites like Myspace,friendster,dating sites,forums community(not like DP or webmaster),s*# forums etc.But you must already know that your content must suite what they want to read. Some say it impossible to do but it is worth of try and don't stop to reach what ever you want it to be.Your hardwork will be pay off if you sustain and concentrate to what are you doing.

And how do you do that... i mean when i write about something related to adsense i i'm focused to that : i put my adsense key phrases and keywords to the post to make it beter for the search engines - and i supose that this is good becouse ads related to the post show as well... after all my blog is not all about adsense i write about other affiliate sistems as well, seo stuff, Tech news, CMS, web graphics and so on... so... what you thing puting keywords that is not related to my posts to show other types of ads - i don't think google will like this... or is there other LEGAL trick? thanks again for the good post
There are some people who capitalize on tragedies like the shootings, post up a simple free site, grab a video from YouTube and copy it on the site, and then post the site up on popular forums. I'm sure they easily rake in some short-term profits.

Firstly, just think outside the box.Don't ever let yourself be controlled with "money" in minds.When you write something with "money" in your minds,it doesn't work and your post left with some unnatural behavior(remember that human is better than spiderbot ) Pre-sell is the idea.You must understand the products and the audience.Do whatever you think is right and learn something everyday.If you want your visitor to click at your affiliate link, you must tell them why they must and for that,pre-sell is a good technique to be apply.
Ok, I will be more specific.This is what i do with my blog at the sig and my "other site". I just managed two sites only.For me, there is not how many blogs you can own or write but about how you can make your one blog to success.After succeed with one,then you can go further. For my blog at the sig, I just set it up about three months ago.It just a personal blog and some that i love to write on what i know.For my "other site",It had been almost 1 years and please don't ask me the url..I will put it when the site reached to what I aimed it to be..the hint: It's about community and technology. If you have any sites that been popular enough, just put the link at the footer of the page that stated as other network sites.And mostly my new blog get traffic from it. Branding also good for you.Be unique from others like your own logo and templates,tagline or you can make a shirt and give to someone popular that addicting to t-shirts like shoemoney(just one example).If they like it,mostly they will post about the shirt and you can get a link(traffic too). Just concentrate to target your audience and write a good content.Build up networking friends,commenting wisely at their post,shows up your face(mybloglog).You can trick people to come to your blog by just put up a sexy lady face for your mybloglog account. i'm also trying to branding myself.And it a hard step to be take( i will make it up slowly).But don't ever stop to try all out of your best.
why not submit good articles/posts to dig or similar places. also, you can start posting on mylot to drive traffic to your site.
okay, last tip if you want to break you $2/day. Do you have your own directory?Go and setup one.Put some ads in there.Find article-based directory,not just directory.(But it will do it too).And don't mention about it until it had a better PR rather than PR 0.Firstly,just build the link for your directory.Get a quality one.(remember Google TOS).It is investment.Must invest some and dare too.Build your plan properly.Maybe you can make your directory more specific example like only dating site can submit their link.So,everyone will focusing to your directory for searching a dating site. Sharpening your ax is market research and study.This is the chapter that mostly blogger didn't want to study and spend their time.Why?coz they want it to generate money fast and greedily.Or should i say get a money in a easy way. make it step by step.make a target.Not a target that you no you can't get it easily.target that you know you can.After reached it,then proceed to step two and improve your target. it just might be hard for people who are new to adsense or internet. there are many new comer who just join DP, please consider them and tell them step by step. they are not gurus like many pros here so their aims and knowledge are limit or might be low. what you gurus guys need to do is point the way for them to be succeed like you guys not just blame them that their aim is too low or such. everyone has to start from small thing. 2$/day might be small amount but with the right advice and suggestion, i'm sure they can make more in the future.
Yeah this is all the point... couse when i asked a friend "Which is the best place where you get info on Adsense" He told me that this should be DP. Well that's the reason why i'm here too. When i say i'm new that meens i have worked with adsense for about 5-6 months. SO I'm new to this... i've tried lot's of things.
