I recently bought Michael's book on Arbitrage. Along with the ebook was the one page template that he recommended. I started using this and noticed that it did improve my clickthough rate; however, in looking at Google's TOS, I wondered if Google might be able to say it didn't meet their TOS? Specifically Michael's template layout starts like this: Top Resources for (whatever your page is about), followed by For (Inserts Today's Date) and then below is an adsense unit. I noticed that google says that ads should not be labelled is in ways that are deceptive or encourage people to click. Could they say I'm indirectly encouraging vistors to click on my ads by laying my page out in this manner?

of course it is mislabelled. It's like adsense "gurus" selling templates with pictures above ads. They dont risk their own adsense account on that.

You should definitely check when the template was made before the purchase.. because google changed their TOS (regarding images) during the winter time..
