Buying a house, need immediate capital. Just got done buying a car (dodge charger daytona!)

This is one of my "bread and butter" sites. Dependable income which I bank on every month.

    www.8525software.com

The site currently makes money every day, consistently. I've done zero advertisements to get the word out, it's grown solely on the links and good words of users in the 8525 community.

Now to the good stuff. Site went live roughly around Jan 6th. It started making money 2 days later

I'd be more than happy to keep this little money maker, but i need capital up front. Any interested parties, please pm me. I'm looking at offers starting at $2,000.

Here's the income for the past 3 months: (pm me if you really want to see the stats, i can take screen grabs if needed)

    April (so far): $198.76
    March: $213.09
    Feb: $241

is this all the revenue though google?

Personally I think asking 10x times revenue for this kind of site is a bit much. Even though the 8525 is a great phone, something new will replace it soon and the site will lose its buzz.

Nice site though... I would bid $1000 for it on proof of rev.

Thank you :) It's a combination theme and plugin with a lot of menu editing. Took awhile to get just right.

Here's another site I've put together. Will start fleshing it out soon with actual programs too-

    www.wm6software.com

I actually like that site design better :D

Are you spending money on ppc traffic or is it all organic?

Very attractive nice-looking website - good job!

Is any of the traffic by PPC?

How many unique persons are registered?

Why does the site have a long response time after a click - is it the server or the graphics?

Is there anything else not functional other than the 'Search'?

Will the site have to moved off the server? What are the current hosting charges?

How does Joomla compare relative to HTML, Javascript, and C programming languages in regards to learning curve, difficulty, and ease of maintenance?

100% organic. Never spent any money what so ever. This is a very hungry, and tech saavy niche. I just went to the right message forums to offer this free download site and voila- instant traffic.

Doesn't hurt to get wiki traffic either :D

None of the traffic is PPC

    524 people registered

My best guess is server based. It's not on a dedicated server and is sharing space with one of my other large sites that IS graphics intensive

    Not that I'm aware of.

The site will have to be moved off server. It's currently on a server with several of my other sites. I can assist with that, I've moved joomla sites before. It's pretty easy.

Joomla itself DOES have a learning curve, but, the way that I have it set up now, you're only adding or deleting programs to the database (which is easy and intuitive) that either you are adding or other users. The site backend admin is all menu driven.
