    OK, my uncles friend was all fucked up, he was having trouble with diabetes and some other health complications. The guy had trouble walking without feeling dizzy. Then my uncle told me he started drinking his own urine and some time later this freaking guy was up and running again like he was 20. When i saw him i couldn't believe it.

    Yes there is the source of urine it is the kidney after it is produced its collected in the bladder and excreted through the urethra

    Yes urine therapy is a common practice in some countries

    Urine is not poisonous, lol. Your urine is actually sterile, so yes you CAN drink it. Not saying you should, but if you really wanted to/had to.

    I have seen a television program on law and order where the story was women where drinking there own urine to lose weight. Who knows if is uncles friend does it than I'm sure others drink there own urine aswell. How did your uncles friend get the idea to drink the urine?
