id say selling links on that page would be the best option to make money if it won't affect the page's quality or usability

You can sell links or banners on the PR6 page. I've seen similar things advertised in the buy and sell forums.

If you sell limited links, say 20 then buyers will be pleased to purchase and you will get nice amount per link. Any interested webmaster can pay you in between $5-$10 per link.

Make sure to sell links to sites that have quality content and relative to yours, so your PR stays strong.

for sure is selling links. since your site is PHP you should not offer site wide links. coz it will appear on every page. or should he?
    anyone got any other opinion?

Best would be to sell the space on that page. But be selective as you dont want to ruin the PR for that page.

Great. But make sure you learn about selling links and placing them onto your page ;) you don't want to overload your page with sold links or it may backfire..

i am thinking about 10 links max , coz its not the main purpose of site. How will it backfire ? U mean if i have links to lower PR or NO PR sites, it will affect my PR ?

sell links on that specific page... but try to filter sites... add sites that have content close to yours... also limit the amount of links to about 10-20 at most... Maybe create a script with pending action... so that users can still submit their links but only appear on certain days.. that way u can target more customers... good luck!
