My AD/account has been inactivated, and I don't know why?

My site is http://weibrother.com. As you can see if you open my site in browser, at the bottom, The Co-op AD is shown up. It is automatically turned into inactivate.
    Please help me.
    Thanks.

Yes I tried "Validate/Calculate Weight Now" and get "Account not not yet activated. | Site failed automatic validation as of 2005-08-26 (make sure URL and site type is correct - if everything is correct, make a request in the forum for assistance)"

    What is "Link Vault"?

These days all I did is validating my site with W3C markup validation service.

I have got the same problem. Didn't do any changes to the site during the last 4-5 days and today see this message

Account not not yet activated. | Site failed automatic validation as of 2005-08-27 (make sure URL and site type is correct - if everything is correct, make a request in the forum for assistance).

    revalidation returns error.
I have nothing common with LV

If you are using www . mysite . com as base URL, ads have to be on every page of your site. If you arre using base URL www . mysite . com / subfolder, ads must be on every page in that subfolder,

Hmmmm... something weird is going on with your server. Are you using the default (unmodified) PHP ad_network file?

I reinstall the ad_network file, it still doesn't work.
I only thing I changed is the path: " If your files are in sub-directories, you may need to use the full path to the ad_network_362.php file".
It's really weird cause it worked before with the same setting.
Can you guys find out what is the problem?

Is your server behind a front-end proxy or anything?

If you can resolve this, I will drop the Co-op AD, I think.
