Timezones Script with Daylight Savings

    Anyone know of a php script for worldwide timezones that takes daylight savings into account if the user selects day light savings?

    Thanks for the link. I've been through most of those already.

    I'm looking for a script that can be used to offset time - for example this forum lets you decide what timezone you are in and if you use daylight savings time. Then, when you log in, posts and everything appear in your timezone.
