Hi, I wish to know if wordtracker is the only good keyword research tool? any other good ones to recommend? tks
You mean like the overture keyword selector tool? http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/
You can use this link also for keyword tool... http://www.webconfs.com/keyword-playground.php A very helpful tool and other SEO tools to be use...
I see most of these tools are to get search demand, some base on overturn alone. I would like to know total number of search using yahoo and google and the supply of competition. Any tool can achieve this?
I have access to a tool supplied by StoresOnline, but you can only get it by buying some of their websites (several thousand dollars to get their hosting and tools for website creation and marketting), so it isn't the sort of thing the average person will have access to. It supposedly gets the information from Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask and Ebay, of all searches over the past month. From using it for a bit though I get the impression it is only google.com, and hence it is quite skewed towards USA only results (which although significant, doesn't give a well rounded picture, particularly when you are in a game like online gambling where the US call them Sportsbook, and the British and Australians call them Bookmakers. The difference in results between those two keywords are stark. Anyway, i haven't found a tool yet as good as theirs. Actually, I might be able to start a thread where I can offer to run some keyword searches for people and provide the results for them... That might earn me some reps huh?
I use digital forum Suggestion tool :http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/suggestion/ and http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/ I hope this two will help you.
I started a thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=2909887#post2909887 If you want me to get information on how many searches are made for your selected keywords using google yahoo msn
