Go for punitive damages too. Hey, if you have nothing to fear then sue them.

Hmmmm.. so maybe some asshole Adengage publisher was clicking through his own ads then clicking mine so that i'd keep renewing ads on his website. Now how in God's name can I prove that to Google.

login- If you only knew the whole story, you'd know that's actually the truth.

I'm going to get in contact with a lawyer.

    Thanks all for your responses.

G has 11 billion dollar in cash right now so I doubt they are really after your 25k, I am guessing that some of the traffic you got raised an alarm at G. For account bannings over a couple of hundred dollars it would be nice of them to offer a little more information.

That explanation sounds a bit fancyful to me. It's unlikely you've been banned over your Google Pack referrals too - it takes a lot of effort to make money from referrals compared to standard ad units, so it's probably the standard ad units that are the cause of your problems. The best advice I can give is to go through your logs and look for anything suspicious. Be sure to include the details in your appeal to AdSense. As I think you've gathered it's very unlikely your appeal will be successful, but if you don't try you'll never know.

Got to tell you that if you are not careful with AdBrite you can get into trouble like you have. Adbrite ads are sometimes shown on pay-to-promote or pay-to-click sites and if this is where your traffic is coming from then you are screwed. You have to be very careful with AdBrite if your site monetizes with AdSense.

As I said - the suspension email has a different wording if it's a traffic quality issue. This isn't.

I always wondered if adsense is just a big joke. I heard of people getting banned right when their acocunt reaches $100. Besides, You cant place adsense ads with other contextual ad sites on the same page. Google doesnt like competition appaarently.

Sorry to hear that bradical, that really sucks :(

I guess that's a lession to all of us to keep our investments as secure as possible. But how can we really protect ourselves from invalid clicks? Is Adlogger the best tool for the job???

Once again, really sorry about your lose bradical, but $25k is alot of money to loose without a really good fight!

You got to try your damned hardest to get that money because the expenditure of $20,000 is a huge amount of money. It seemsvery few manage to get their account reinstated but you got to give it your best shot.
