    I launched a blog on 25th January and have built quite nice amount of links. As you guys are saying new sites are affected with this update --I don't yet see any change for my site.:(

    Its no roll back its 302 redirect he/she did to get the PR shifted from other site like Yahoo, local google sites or some other site with PR9 ... ;)

    The last pr update wasnt that long ago so be surprised if there is another one now, however if there is I remember mine updating right after nearly everyone elses so if yours hasnt updated dont worry, might happen in last minute.
