    1. If the PR of the sites that currently link to you increases.
    2. Because of age factor.

    Nah, a million billion unique visits will not increase PR directly.

    It is true that it will increase PR if your traffic makes links to your site and it is also true that is can go up if the links you already have go up in PR. When it comes to Age factor your current links may hold more weight as they age also.

    At the end of the day PR is just one of many factors that influence your Search engine position. Treat PR as a shiny bauble that is nice to look at and helps your tree be noticed, but remember that Santa Clause won't leave anything under your tree unless you have been a good boy writing useful content.

    If you had that much traffic then you'd have nice Alexa ranking :) Bt PR only looks at the links you have coming in, and the PR of those links, so Google wouldn't really know about your traffic unfortunately.

    As much as possible build quality link for your site to increase your Page rank. Build link like Directory submission, Link exchange and one way link. Good luck.

    it would not increase the PR directly but in a natural course, the traffic would most likely increase inbound links to your site as well which might lead to an increase in PR but that would happne only if the traffic is huge and has the possibility of increasing links :) ;)
