    not everyones Pagerank change on all updates.
    I am not assuring anything of course but google did update link list a few days ago. And I was waiting till their PR update for some days.

    This seems to be NOT a false alarm! For example:

    www.w3csites.com

    This site is a well-established PR6 web site. If you'll take a look on the Google toolbar you'll see that it has PR0. Also, if you check it through www.digpagerank.com you'll see that the result speaks for itself...
