I have a Job Hunting related website. The ads being displayed SUCK on payout.

Is there any suggestion on what i should use for meta tags and keywords on my page for this genre to get higher paying clicks>?

Is there a blacklist still for adsense sites that have lousy pay that anyone can pass on to me?

What are your suggestions. Thanks in advance!

40 Clicks =$4 is still not bad, people get $1 or $1.5 for 40 Clicks and you got $4 still unhappy

Pal, this is quite normal, what do you want more? 10$ per click? Get more traffic, your CTR is very high (maybe to high).?

I think its depend on your content since all the ads might only around 10-20cent..per click.. So why not get another website with high paying keywords..?

Well CTR is very huge for me. It should be less than 10% around. While earning is ok because it gives you 10c per click.

man, be happy that you get 4$ per 100 page views and that means 40$ for CPM. Just try to increase traffic. Dont block ads or dont do anything silly to get high paying keywords. I got 1.42$ for same 40 clicks. So PPC for you is way better than most of us...

Yes, i thought the cpc would be high also. But its not. the ads are legal, already checked. Just trying to get more per click thats all. I know the click rate is high, just want to make it higher, much higher!! hehe

We're saying that the CTR is too high already, don't make it any higher than 40%!!! All you need to do is build traffic.

well I wouldn't worry about the amount at all, but the CTR is a bit up there. Something fishy? I dont know man...

I'm lucky to reach 7cents/click today. Usually around 3-6 cents. You are at .10.

40% is not TOO HIGH. Nothing in TOS about high CTR. It all comes down to ad placement.

40 is probably near the maximum you can expect from the best layouts, not much chance on improving that.

    Just get more traffic.

One of my sites gets about 30% CTR (some days over 40%) and average click price is $0.65 with the odd 1.50 to 2.00 click. I just need to find more traffic.

Agreed, why does everything think that a high CTR is bad?

    It's all about PLACEMENT!

    ---
    To OP:

You may have been smart priced, if this continues for less then a week then yeah you have, otherwise it's your niche :(

    Yes,

my placement is why i have the high CTR. . i just want better paying clicks, lol. i wish i could get a YPN account but they keep denying me. I can get TONS of traffic, but the work it will take me to get the traffic is not worth it to me if i am only gettin 10 cent clicks
