How many u all are getting??

Hi all,

I have a around 11months old directory. And i am getting average 1 paid submission per month. My directory PR is 3.
Please tell me how many you are getting and whats the PR of you directory?
How to increase the no of paid submission.
Suggestion appreciated.

Well, My directory is PR2 i got lot of listings this month...Around 30.I think my directory will be PR5 after this update so will start signature advertising.Also, you should improve your directory pagestrength and keep in mind that invest back money into directory which you earn to make it more strong and to give good ROI to submitters!

Well, i just visited your directory, and to be honest, there are many, many things you need to improve if you want to get any submissions.
I've made a post with some tips for directory owners: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=231005 and there are also many other useful posts, just search around a bit.

 

Your captcha is a problem as I was having problem with it and wanting a Featured link.

Can you make the Featured yearly fo the same price ?

You can't have a break in this Directory Market. Everyday, you think of something to improve your directory. And when people will see the change, you are going to get your submissions.

PS. the first thing you can do is changing the default template to some attractive one. (Even free, there are some great free templates available)

 

IMHO, I wouldn't pay to submit to a directory that doesn't at least have a template. I usually even skip free directories that are just a script thrown up. It shows me that the owner doesn't care or doesn't have the skill to make it worth my time to submit.

i wish i could get 30 paid per month!I would stop ordering off the $1 menu..

Captcha is to prevent spam submissions wildstone , but pretty strange u did not know that but offer so many articles about Seo and other directory stuff : http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=292433

 

Captcha=Image Validation on your submit page.

All i can say is if your a SEO guru then 1 submission per month
is pretty pathetic and my advice is Get out of the directory business....

But if you cant take NO for an answer..... like me
then i suggest you do what !ASK! suggested
as well as start buying some links to high PR sites
so that next round your site becomes a PR5+

Pr3 is a bit harder to sell and had best have a nice design
or youd best be 1 hell of a salesman...
