Make thumbs of images

Lets say I have 1000 pics in different sizes, how do I make thumbnails of all of them most easy ? And the thumbs should all be the same sizes.

Some sites have software that makes thumbs. I have seen sites that let you make thumbnail pic and pages free.

Some blogs make thumbs for you. If you need to make that many i think software will be best bet google for a site.

You could create an action in PhotoShop to do this. Open your image, record action/image size/stop and then use batch processing to automatically open, create thumbnail, save and close. You could also make a droplet in PS and drag your images onto the icon to automatically load PS, load your images and bactch process.

 

If it's for a website there is a php solution out there called "imagemagik". I use it for my site and it saves me hours of photoshopping.

If you don't need to change the aspect ratio, you can also use Microsoft Image Resizer. Just highlight all the photos, right mouse click, resize photo, enter the settings and click OK.
