Why Am I Getting So Many Low Clicks? 95 clicks and only US$3.69

I am getting 2,000 - 3,000 unqiues a day.

With 95 clicks, I only earned US$3.69. I only started to earn very low amounts of clicks after my server went down about 4 weeks ago. It took me 2 weeks to move to another dedicated server, StarGate are the worst, I don't recommend them!

I used to get 0.10+ per click now I am only getting 0.1 - 0.4 per click?

I really don't know what to do or what has happened.

My website is uploadwiz.com (also in my signature). Has anyone got any suggestions?

 

I notice that in certain months, the amount that you get per click get ridiculously low.

I'm experiencing the same prob this month.

 

Some prices are terrible low lately.

 

But it's so strange, suddenly out of no where my ads are paying so low. I can only think that my server went down for 4 weeks, could this have changed any thing?

 

It's a very nice site. But so strange, earning that much low. Try to filter the sites that are frequently displayed on your site. They must be low cpc sites.

 

Dude, With that kind of traffic and that poor revenue,

Switch over to cpm ads, and you will make more,

Or add some cpm ads as well

 

what do u mean? CPM ads are automatically placed by google rite?even with around 100-200 impressions/day my adsnse clicks are earning real cheap..

i am guessing they are filtering many ads..what i mean by this is that they are not paying anything....for some clicks...no wonder i once read on one site that advertisers were suing google for their money..

i still wonder...how can they really make out authentic clicks...i mean now a plain old layman..wud ask his freinds and stuff..and get banned..

what i mean is like kind of u know organized adsense fraud..with patience and extremely realistic clickings...spread over many countried lol its all theoretical ...

Like Fastclick Media, Tribal Fusion, Casale Media

Use cpm ads as well as adsense and you will double your income over nite, No bullshit

 

I went through a bad period of low clicks but things have improved over the last couple of months.
There is not alot you can do, it depends on your niche also.
I have one website that makes more off 5 clicks than the other one does from 50 clicks.
Just keep promoting it and things might improve in the future.

 

it might be smartpricing ...wait a couple of weeks and if the situation doesnt change try tweaking some of the ads and ad more content

 

maybe u dont have targeted ads...if your ads are targeted u get more chances to get more $ per click...so try adding more content so that ur ads will trigger better

 

Work on your ad placement, its important.

 

im getting 40-60 cents a click and i just put the ads up for a day.
Depends on whos the target traffic, some advertisers pay more for different topics.

Most likely the effect of smart pricing. Also, work on ad placement and colors. Try different advertsing options (affiliates). Don't get discouraged and remember that successful site owners are always tweaking their ads.

 

Could you tell me what smart pricing is and what effects it has on the website. I've heard of it but I thought it only effected poorly earning adsense sites.

 

ts either smart pricing or you have a niche that pays a pathetic amount. I am inclined to its the former.

 

Jen actually blogged about smart pricing. Basically, it seems that low converting sites are paid less. Meaning a low impression to click ratio could effect how much of the revenue you are getting. None of this is officially confirmed by Google anywhere though.

 

Probably download niche has low clicks, try to focus on hosting keywords,
