    How does no one understand that those forums are NOT illegal.

    It is NOT illegal to link to downloads, if the files are not hosted on the server then it is allowed!

    I still think its against TOS since they are indirectly.... providing the illegal downloads... if a site were to have link to porn, I think adsense would reject it as well right? Similar situations..

    I think, you should ask Google because the site seems to be a WareZ site and which Google TOS is against, so don't take risk contact Google and get the answer

    Tru, its like getting yourself into trouble.. Its absurd for Google to check all sites deeply on what is it about. Moreover, if you have crossed your 100$ mark, then its very unlikely to be screened unless you dont deliver obvious fraudulant clicks.

    PS: This is just my assumption and i may be wrong too!
